Each event is thoughtfully styled to reflect your vision, theme, and budget. Delivery, setup and dismantle is carefully handled by our team with your venue, so you can enjoy a stress-free day.

After discussing your vision, style inspiration and decor needs, you will receive a custom quote, contract, and invoice. A deposit is required to secure your date, and we'll take care of the rest for you.

  • We currently do not offer fixed packages. We believe every event is unique and special to the consumer. We custom design the event so you only pay for the decor and services you need.

  • Yes. At TIMELESS we handle all delivery, setup and dismantle. The price for the services are included in the decor items you will need for your event.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date, but we do accept bookings at any time based on availability.

  • Yes. We coordinate directly with your venue to ensure decor placement, setup timing, dismantle, and to assure venue guidelines are followed

  • TIMELESS Weddings and More serves Lake of the Ozarks and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply outside of our standard service area.

  • Yes. We offer decor rentals and are happy to incorporate your personal decor items into the overall design. If you prefer to use only your own decor, we can provide setup and styling services without rentals from TIMELESS Weddings and More.

  • Yes. TIMELESS Weddings and More also provides decorating services for non-wedding events, including parties, showers, celebrations, special occasions and corporate events.
